1. What You’re Allowed To Do

When you purchase or download a SystemaFlow system, you’re licensed to:

• Use it within your own business or organisation
• Duplicate or customise it for internal use by your team
• Store it in your documentation, SOP library, or tool stack
• Embed it into your day-to-day operating rhythm

You’re free to adapt and implement the systems however deeply you need, that’s exactly what they’re built for.

2. What’s Not Allowed (Without Permission)

You are not permitted to:

• Resell any SystemaFlow system, pack, or resource, in whole or in part
• Re-upload the systems to marketplaces, forums, or template libraries
• Offer SystemaFlow systems as part of a service, coaching product, or client package
• Claim SystemaFlow materials as your own IP

This includes paid products and free/open downloads.

3. Built Systems-First. Not Templates.

SystemaFlow isn’t a bunch of templates, it’s a systems-first operating model.

We don’t start with tools, hacks, or tactics. 
We start with structure.

Every system is handcrafted from real operational experience.
Every pack is grounded in the SystemaFlow Doctrine, our proprietary framework for running, scaling, and structuring high-performance businesses.

If you're copying the systems, the structure, or the doctrine, you're not just "inspired". You're infringing.

4. If You Break the Terms

SystemaFlow is copyright-protected IP.

We actively monitor platforms like Gumroad, Etsy, Notion Market, and AI scraping databases.

If our content is found being cloned, resold, or redistributed:

• Your access will be revoked immediately
• You may receive a DMCA takedown or cease-and-desist
• We may pursue legal action if necessary

We’d rather not, but we will.
